Nailed UP has earned its positive reputation because we go out of our way to provide truly exceptional service to each of our customers. We understand that your needs can change last minute, and we’re ready to adapt our services quickly to ensure your success. Read on to learn more about what we can do for you.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less that 48 hours prior appointment, will have a $40.00 fee, due before red-booking.

No-Shows

Clients will be charged a $50.00 fee for no-show appointment + $40.00 deposit for future appointments if wanting to re-book.

Fees and Deposits NON-REFUNDABLE

Second No-Show = Full price service charge or no more appointments.

Salon Policies

-No food allowed

-It's not recommended to bring kids with you due to the risk go chemicals/dust inhalation. If bringing a child with you please make sure they stay seated or there's someone else watching him/her. If your child damages or breakes any salon equipment you will be charged full price for the product.

Let's be courteous to one another, if your child is misbehaving, you will kindly be asked to leave and come back another time. You will also be responsible for the $40.00 fee. Situations like these can cause delays and other clients can miss their appointments. 

-Please avoid bringing extra people to your appointment since the space is limited

Appointments

-Please confirm your appointment(s) with 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation.

-If you are a new client please come to your appointment with bare nails.

-New clients will be asked for card information to lock appointment. If client has a No-Show or cancels with less than 48 hours , there will be a charge.
